UNPACKING UNIT:
YourGRILLAppliancecomespreassembledandrequiresverylitt  lesetup.Wedohowever,we
alwaysrecommendtheuseofprofessionalhelpduringtheinstallati  onofyourunitasimproper
installati  onmayaff  ectyourwarranty.Removetheunitfromtheboxalongwithallaccessories
and check that no damage has occurred to the unit or any parts.
Burners:
Checktheburnertubesandremoveanyobstructi  onsthatmaybeintheportsorholes.Usinga
brushwillbesuffi cient.Makesureallforeignparti  clesareremovedfromtheburnerbeforeuse.
Aysleaktestyourapplianceoutdoorsinawellventi  latedarea.Neversmokeorpermitsources
ofigniti  onintheareawhiledoingaleaktest.Donotuseafl  ame,suchasalightedmatchtotest
forleaks.Useasoluti  onofsoapywater.
Liquid Propane ( Gas and Tank Requirement )

• Whennotinuse,thetankshutoff  valveshouldbeturnedoff  .
Filling and Refi lling LP Gas Cylinders:
Allpurgingandrefi  llingofLPgascylindersmustbeperformedbyqualifi  edpersonnelintheLP
gasindustry.NeverstoreaspareLPgascylinderunderornearthisappliance.Neverfi  lltheLP
gascylinderbeyond80percentfull.Failuretofollowtheseinstructi  onsmayresultinexplosion,
personal injury or death.
• TurncontrolknobsandcylindervalvetotheOFFpositi  on.Unscrewvalve.
• Removecylinderandhaveitfi  lledatyourlocalqualifi  edpropanedealer.
• Oncefi  lled,carefullyconnectthevalveandmakesureitissecureandnotleaking.
• WiththecontrolknobsintheOFFpositi  on,turnonthecylindervalve.
