My bluetooth doesn’t connect. What can I do

To troubleshoot Bluetooth connection issues with the Triride Tribike:

1. Ensure it's a Tribike E Plus: Bluetooth is only available on this model.
2. Check if Bluetooth is ON: Use the dedicated switch to turn it ON (1).
3. Recharge the Bluetooth device: If the red light is flashing, turn off the device and charge it using the provided cable. The red light stays on during charging and turns off when charging is complete.
4. Avoid standby mode: When charging via the Tribike battery, ensure the battery does not go into standby (usually after 15 minutes).
5. Do not use while charging: Avoid using the Tribike while the Bluetooth device is charging.

If issues continue, verify that the blue light (indicating Bluetooth is ON) is visible, and ensure the device is fully charged.
