How To Use How to Assemble 1.For instructions on assembly please see the complete video walkthrough How To Use Packing The Column 1.Firstly, remove the clamp at the top of the column. Then begin to pour in your material. (Tip: use a packing rod to compress the material, this will result in better absorption and a cleaner, higher yield).
How To Use Pulling a Vacuum 1.Once the column is full you can pressurize the column to remove excess oxygen and moisture. To do this, ensure that the bottom valve is in the “closed” position. Then attach a hose to the bottom of the column and open the valve. Next, ensuring the hose is connected to a pump, turn on the pump and begin to remove the oxygen and moisture from within the column.
How To Use Administering Butane 1. Once the tube has been frozen, simply insert the butane into the port on the top and fill it to the necessary capacity 2. Once you have administered the necessary amount, let the tube sit for between 10-30 minutes.
How To Use Removing Your Solvent 1.Now you have your oil/solvent soulution, the solvent can be removed. Place the container into a warm water (Aprox 40-60°C). This will cause the majority of the solvent to evaporate out of you oil. Once the solution begins to stop bubbling, enough butane has been removed to go on to the final process.
