    2. USO IN CONDIZIONI DI SICUREZZA L’uso di destinazione della macchina è quello di affilare ogni tipo di: forbici, coltelli, lame, utensili agricoli, speciale per punte da trapano metalliche. E’ previsto un solo operatore, la cui posizione di lavoro sia frontalmente alla macchina, per eseguire tutte le operazioni necessarie all’utilizzo dell’utensile.

    3. MESSA IN FUNZIONE 3.1 INSTALLAZIONE - POSIZIONAMENTO L’utensile arriva già montato all’interno della scatola.   • Page 30 2. SAFE CONDITIONS OF USE The specific use of this machine is to sharpen any types of: scissors, knives, blades, farm tools, with a special function for sharpening metal drill bits. Only one operator is required and his position is in front of the machine, to perform all the operations necessary for its use.
  • Page 31 12) During use make sure you always stand on solid ground and have good balance. 13) When the machine is not in use, unplug it. 14) Before performing any maintenance make sure the machine is unplugged. 15) Do not use the machine if you are not in good physical condition. 16) Do not jerk the cord to unplug the machine.
  • Page 32 3. STARTING THE MACHINE 3.1 INSTALLATION - POSITIONING The machine is delivered fully assembled in its box. Make sure the box contains the following items: - fully assembled machine - 1 bit holder spindle - 4 bit gauges The sharpener must stand or be fastened on the workbench so that the operator faces the workbench and machine.

PRELIMINARY CONTROLS Before starting the machine check: 1) The conditions of the grinding wheels. 2) The state of the power cord. 3) The ergonomics of the machine on the workbench. 4) After plugging the machine in and starting it, verify that the machine does not wobble or vibrate in any direction.

STARTUP/STOPPAGE/USE Startup : After performing preliminary controls and putting on the required PPD (goggles, mask, earplugs or caps, gloves) follow these instructions carefully to start the machine: Plug it in Press the on/off switch.     2. GEBRAUCH UNTER SICHERHEITSBEDINGUNGEN Der Gebrauchszweck der Maschine ist das Schärfen jeder Art von: Scheren, Messer, Klingen, Feldgeräte, ideal für Bohrerspitzen aus Metall. Es ist nur ein Bediener vorgesehen, der für seine Arbeit vor der Maschine stehen muss, um alle für den Gebrauch des Geräts notwendigen Vorgänge durchführen zu können.

    3. INBETRIEBNAHME 3.1. INSTALLATION - POSITIONIERUNG Das Gerät wird in der Packung bereits montiert angeliefert. Kontrollieren, dass der Inhalt der Packung mit folgender Aufstellung übereinstimmt: - bereits montiertes Gerät - 1 Bohrspindel - 4 Bohrspitzenregler Die Schärfmaschine muss so auf der Werkbank sitzen oder an ihr befestigt sein, dass sich der Bediener vor der Werkbank und vor der Maschine befindet.
