The lights do not work :

Check the power supply of the lamps at terminal block level, at the back of the product (or the connection box in case of cable
connection). The voltage must be 12V AC +/- 10%

Make sure you are not using an electronic transformer, which is not compatible with our LED lights. You must use a toroidal power
transformer with an output voltage of 12 V AC.
What type of maintenance is required for the product ?

No particular maintenance is required for this product.
After the validated 50,000 operating hours, will the light stop working ?

No. The light can last longer than 50,000 hours. However, there may be a reduction of the lighting power density.
The lights come back unexpectedly, without any apparent reason :

This has nothing to do with the light, but with the control system (electrical box / radio module). A check of the product condition and
operating mode is necessary.
