Assembly Instructions – Alpha 6
Note: Because of the weight of the head end and completed assembly we
suggest that assembly of an Alpha 6 is undertaken by two people.
Position the head end of the bed approximately where it will finally sit allowing 1
metre clear space on one side.
With the head end sitting flat on the floor, attach the side
rails and foot end.
The side rails are attached to the head and foot end by
allen headed screws as shown. The screws are fitted to
the top and bottom holes of the bracket.
Lifting from the head end, roll the head/rail assembly on its
side.
Using the long screws supplied, attach the leg mounting blocks
into the 4 corners making sure that the blocks are fitted square
into the corners.
