  • Page 4 WORK INSTRUCTIONS • Begin by inserting the internal sleeves into the 90 degree elbow clamps; do not tighten set screws on clamps. • Next, with the internal sleeves loosely inserted into the elbow clamps, slide the “P”-Return over top of the sleeves until the desired overall length is achieved.
  • Page 5 WORK INSTRUCTIONS • Once the gate has been adjusted to the desired length, tighten the set screw on both elbow clamps to secure the internal sleeve. Very Important, make sure the internal sleeve is inserted fully into the elbow clamp. This can be visually confirmed by looking through the hole in the set screw.
  • Page 6 WORK INSTRUCTIONS • Next, secure the “P” return using the impact gun and a ¼” nut driver; insert the self-tapping screws (2) through the pilot holes on the “P” returns into the internal sleeves.

  • Page 8 WORK INSTRUCTIONS • Once the hinge bracket has been secured, mount the gate by inserting the shaft through both of the flange bearing. Secure the gate by re-installing the cotter pin. • Lastly, install the rubber bumper onto the hinge bracket in one of the two holes on the top of the bracket.
