BDEL2906.0 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1 Identify the Front Stabilizer (2), which has Transport Wheels (29) attached to it. Attach the Front Stabilizer to the Frame (1) with two M8 x 3 1/2" Carriage Bolts (51), two M8 Arc Washers (54), and two M8 Cap Nuts (24).
