The snow white pre-filter should be changed when the outside discolors to cardboard brown color and before the inner core discolors. One Year Limited Warranty Aqua 9+ Beverage Co. Warrants it’s Aqua 9+ Natural Ionic Alkaline Water System to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Aqua 9+ Beverage Co. will repair or replace any part of the system with the exception of filters and membrane.
