Cat activation was working properly until my cat jumped onto the digital control panel. The voice said it was now entering manual mode. I can’t find a way to cancel that and reset to cat activation.

To reset the CatGenie A.I. to Cat Activation Mode after it entered Manual Mode:
1. Press and hold both the Start and Auto buttons for 3 seconds until you hear "Entering Settings Menu." 2. In the Settings Menu, the Auto Button will dim in and out. 3. Press the Auto Button to cycle through the options until you reach Cat Activation Mode. 4. Select Cat Activation Mode.
This will re-enable Cat Activation Mode after using Manual Mode.

One CatGenie A.I. unit may not be entering Cat Activation mode due to the following reasons:
1. Power Cord Unplugged – Ensure the electric cord is properly plugged in. If the unit is receiving power, LEDs on the control panel should be lit. 2. Not Programmed in Cat Activation Mode – Check the settings to confirm that Cat Activation mode is enabled. 3. Processing Unit Misalignment – The processing unit might not be correctly seated in its slot. Remove it, clean off any granules or debris, and securely place it back.
