My keyboard is charged. It has a green light. When I hold FN and C The blue light is not lighting on the top. It is not on my list of available items. It was previously, and I clicked forget device, which is now not available. I have made sure it is charged and ready to pair.

1. Ensure the keyboard is charged by connecting it to a USB charger. The power indicator should turn red while charging. 2. Turn the keyboard on and check if the power indicator turns blue for 3 seconds. 3. Activate Bluetooth pairing mode by pressing the appropriate button and check if the Bluetooth indicator flashes blue. 4. Make sure the keyboard is within the 10-meter operating range of the device. 5. Restart both the keyboard and the device you are pairing with. 6. Remove any previous Bluetooth connections from the device and try pairing again. 7. If the issue persists, check if the keyboard is in sleep mode by pressing any key and waiting 3 seconds. 8. If none of these steps work, consider contacting Fintie support.

To type quotation marks on a FINTIE Wireless Keyboard, press the quotation mark (") key, usually located next to the Enter key. If the key sticks or types multiple quotation marks, it may be a hardware issue.
