The extended side angle pose is great for stretching your hams, strengthening your legs and relieving stiffness in your upper back. Use a yoga block for extra balance and support. Stand facing the long side of your mat with your feet shoulder width apart.

Sit on your yoga mat with both legs bent slightly at the knees. Place the middle of the strap around the ball of both feet so it’s looped around them.
