2. Outline This series of vacuum packaging machine is a vacuum sealing package for all kinds of food, medicine, native products, clothing, electronic components, hardware and instrument components. The newly developed external pumping (filling) gas vacuum automatic packaging machine also has a pumping function, an inflation function, and a pumping function. The biggest feature of this machine is that it can be vacuum or nitrogen-filled without any restrictions on the size and volume of the package. Wide application range, high economic efficiency, and very convenient to use. The packaging materials suitable for this machine are composite materials such as polyester/polyethylene, nylon/polyethylene, polypropylene/polyethylene, polyester/aluminum foil/polyethylene, nylon/aluminium, foil/polyethylene.The items packaged in this machine are characterized by moisture proof, mildew proof, insect proof, anti-pollution, anti-oxidation, anti-squeezing, saving volume, saving freight, prolonging storage period and ensuring the quality of articles. The machine has the advantages of compact structure, small size, light weight, low power consumption, high sensitivity, convenient operation and maintenance, and the like. 3. Structure and principle This machine is mainly composed of four parts: the fuselage, the circuit system, the pneumatic system and the vacuum system. The use of international advanced control technology to achieve full automation of the vacuum packaging process. The temperature of the heat sealing and the vacuum required for the packaging of the articles can be adjusted, and it is a new vacuum packaging machine which cannot be replaced by the internal vacuum packaging machine. The working principle of this series of vacuum packaging machine is to put the air in the packaged bag through the air suction nozzle, take out the air, then exit the air suction nozzle and finally complete the sealing. After packaging, the bag has high vacuum and less residual air, which effectively inhibits the proliferation of bacteria and other microorganisms, avoids the oxidation and mildew of the articles, and at the same time, for some soft articles, after packaging, the package volume can be reduced for transportation or storage.

Pumping time: adjust the vacuum time, generally 20~30 seconds, depending on the vacuum table after work, general vacuum gauge. It can reach 0.06~0.08MPa. Sealing time: adjust the heating time, usually about 1.5 seconds, depending on the material of the vacuum bag. Cooling time: about 3 seconds. Work instruction: When working, the work indicator is on; when not working, the work indicator is off. Setting button: • When the power is turned on, “FF” is displayed on the panel to indicate the standby state. • Press the set button to light up the pumping time indicator and enter the pumping time setting. Use the increase button or decrease button to set the required time value. • Press the set button again to light the time indicator, enter the sealing time setting, and use the increase button or decrease button to set the required time value; • Press the setting button again to set the cooling time indicator to light, enter the cooling time setting, and use the increase button or decrease button to set the required time value; • Press the SET button again to return to the standby state. “FF” is displayed on the panel. Add button: Increase the time value. Decrease button: Reduces the time value. Stop button: Used when there is a problem with the machine or operation or when it is stopped urgently.
5. Operating methods The machine can realize the following working modes by turning the airing switch and the airing switch on or off: Pumping, sealing, cooling In the standby state, turn on the air suction switch, the air pump switch indicator light is on, the foot switch is pressed, the program starts, and the vacuum pump starts to work. After the pumping work is completed, the sealing time starts to count down, the cooling time counts down, and the work is completed and returned to the standby state (this working state is applicable to vacuum packaging of food, electronics, medicine, tools, department stores, etc.) Inflate, seal, cool In the standby state, turn on the air inlet switch, the airing switch indicator lights, press the foot switch, the program starts, and the solenoid valve starts to work. After the filling work is completed, the sealing time starts to count down, the cooling time counts down, and the work is completed and returned to the standby state (this working state is suitable for fear of extrusion, shockproof, such as general food, electronics, electrical appliances and other industries inflatable packaging). Pumping, inflating, sealing, cooling In the standby state, open the air suction switch, the air inlet switch, the air pump switch indicator light and the air pump switch indicator light at the same time, press the foot switch, the vacuum pump starts to work, after the pumping work is completed, the solenoid valve is normally closed, and the inflation time begins. Countdown (gas self-determination, such as nitrogen, etc.), sealing time countdown, cooling time countdown, work back to standby state (this working state is suitable for food preservation, afraid of packaging such as extrusion). Sealing, cooling Turn off the air suction switch, the air pressure switch, and step on the foot switch in the standby state. The sealing time starts to count down, the cooling time counts down, and the work is finished and returned to the standby state (this working state is suitable for general separate sealing, such as stationery, electrical appliances, Packaging of medicines and other items).
7. Maintenance 1. You must read the instructions carefully before operation, and be familiar with the adjustment and usage methods. 2. Each activity part and oil hole and grease nozzle are filled with appropriate amount of lubricating oil. In accordance with the specifications of the vacuum pump manual, the vacuum pump is filled with No. 1 vacuum pump oil. The oil level when the pump is running is not less than 1/2 of the height of the oil window, and the maximum oil quantity. Do not exceed 3/4 of the specified height of the oil window and regularly check the oil level and the cleanliness of the oil. 3. Regularly clean the inlet and outlet air filters. The vacuum pump sucks in the outside air through the air filter. If the cover and the filter net are stained with ash or dirt, the effect of the vacuum pump will not be satisfactory. Therefore, clean the lid of the air filter once a week and the filter once. 4. The air filter between the air pump and the atmosphere may contain some foreign matter (a small amount of liquid, powder or particles) that may fall into the cover. Please check and clean the cover regularly. 5. If there is any dirt in the air tube, please remove it and clean it in time. 6. Always check whether the grounding wire of the machine is in good contact and ensure the safety of electricity. 7. Always check the heat-sealing bracket to seal the Teflon tape for foreign matter, whether it is flat or not, and ensure the sealing strength. When the Teflon sheet is worn out, burned or sealed, it must be replaced. 8. Replace the Teflon tape in time. 9. If the silicone strip or Teflon tape under the heating sheet burns out, it may cause short circuit and melt when heated, resulting in poor sealing. It must be checked in time and replaced if necessary. 10. When the fault is found, the power should be turned off in time. If necessary, press the emergency stop button. After the machine is homed, turn off the power, check the cause, and eliminate the fault.
