This is a quick and easy fitting guide for your leg braces. Please read through the entire guide before setting up your brace. Listed to the left are the parts that will need to be adjusted to fit. It is likely to take a couple of attempts to fit and adjust the brace to where it fits and perform correctly.

• Put the leg brace down and open the Velcro straps up, this way you’ll be able to see how they loop round and fix into place. • If required or preferred these straps can be removed and turned around, so that they fasten on the inside of the leg instead of the outside.

• Put the knee brace over your leg with the centre of the hinge at the centre pivot point of your knee, as shown in the picture to the left. You can bend and straighten your leg to work out where the pivot point of your knee is and therefore wear to put the brace.

• Using the allen key and spanner provided you can unbolt the hinge to move it up and down the bolt holes to increase or decrease length as required. • Always use 4 bolts in the hinge fitment to ensure strength and stability (spare bolts are included in the kit).

Fitment of different spacer lengths Included are 5 different lengths of spacer plates, 2 for the lower half of the hinge, 3 for the upper half of the hinge. Each in their own corresponding bags. Each one is for a different length of adjustment on the hinge as seen in the example on the photos on the left.

It is recommended that each time you wear the knee brace you fit it in this sequence to ensure a good fit. • Sat down, with your leg bent to 90 degrees, place the brace over your leg and ensure that the hinge point of the brace is in line with the hinge point of your knee.

• Fit the lower calf strap (this pad will probably need adjusting the most). • Tighten this strap to around 60% of what is possible. If you find there are gaps and around the shin this is normal, particularly when seated. •...

• Remaining seated, straighten the leg and push the top of the brace onto the thigh. • Fit and tighten both hamstring straps ensuring the pads sit comfortably round your hamstrings. • If they feel like they are not sat evenly and running straight you may need to adjust them until they do.
