QUICK GUIDE FOR THE TUCLOC® 8-UP PLATEN (EPSON F2000 SPECIFIC) The Livingston Systems TucLoc® 8-UP Platen for Epson’s SureColor F2000 printer is covered under Patent No. 7854200. This platen uses the 16X20 template in Garment Creator. There is no specific template for the platen but that does not limit what can be printed.

Page 2 of 4 PRINTING OPTIONS: The 8-UP Platen can be used for printing on short sleeves, neck tags, or locker tags. The garments are loaded, and excess material is tucked between the TucLoc® rubber underneath. With the base removed, this platen may be used to print some Koozies.

Page 3 of 4 GARMENT CREATOR: The 8-UP Platen has eight printing surfaces, each 4” x 4” with a 1.49” gap. The image below shows example locations and orientations of the printable area within the 16x20 template. The right side would be correctly oriented for short sleeves while the left side would be oriented for Koozies, neck, and locker tags.

Page 4 of 4 The 8-UP platen has the same outer dimensions as the Epson® 16x20 platen. It is not however exactly 16x20 inches but 16.47”x 20.49”. The ½” grid pattern on Garment Creator® can therefore throw you off if you are placing images exactly in the 4x4 grid.
