To put on the Compliant Technologies E-Band ankle band:
1. Wrap the band around the lower leg or ankle (for the EBA model). 2. Secure it using the Velcro strap. 3. Ensure the device is in direct contact with the skin (not over clothing or hair). 4. Lock the clasp if applicable. 5. Activate or deactivate the device using the magnetic key.
CEW ’S (Conducted Electrical W eapon) are not risk free and should be treated seriously like any other w eapon. Follow all laws, agency policies and TTP’s (Tactics Techniques and Procedures) w hen em ploying the E-Band / E-Vest CEW or any w eapon.
