  • Page 3 Then start by removing the center speaker grill from the dash. This is not a easy part to remove, it will take some force. Pry up on a leading edge until you can get your fingers under the panel and apply more grip to pull up.
  • Page 4 Be careful when lifting off the dash as there are 2 hook shaped metal tabs that go under the screen bezel you will have to tip it up, out and forward in one movement.
  • Page 5 You will find 2 screws, these will require a (T20) Torx bit, remove both screws. Now lift the screen in an up and slightly back motion, it will not be completely loose there are 2 pressure clips that additionally hold the display to the dash.
  • Page 6 Note: these clips stay in the dash! Now that the display unit if free from the dash unplug the connector. The screen is now free to take out of the car and on to a clean dry bench or work place.
  • Page 7 Using a soft cloth or microfiber to work on will reduce the chance of scratching the screen and The bezel and the new Big 60 pod as well. Now carefully and by hand use your fingers to snap the rear cover off the assembly.
  • Page 8 With the rear cover (bezel) removed, the new PodWurX gauge pod can be snapped in to its place. Gently snap with fingers all the way around the perimeter until evenly secure.
  • Page 9 When finished it should look like this, It is now ready for reinstallation in to the car.
  • Page 10 Now reinstall the screen connector, and if needed run the connection wires or lines though the gauge pods opening to the cup. This can be done afterwards if needed as the opening is ample. Then snap the assembly back on to the dash, make sure the clips shown previously by green arrows are secure in the dash.
  • Page 11 Now reinstall the 2 screws. At this point You can install your gauge if you need access to the wiring Or you can continue on with installing the speaker cover.
  • Page 12 Now if installing your gauge, feed your wire through the opening and connect to the gauge, then slip your gauge in the pod, use the supplied square “O” ring if needed. This will be a friction fit. (Depending on the brand of your gauge)
  • Page 13 Now install your speaker cover if you haven’t already. Remember to hook the front tabs in before snapping in the clips! Then just apply pressure until the unit is seated fully.
  • Page 15  Almost done! Use a soft cloth or microfiber to clean off any finger prints and dirt  Check to make sure you gage is working properly and secure  Make sure the speaker grill and new PodWurX gauge pod is secure You have now completed your gauge install.
