WELCOME TO QUILL FALCON The Quill Falcon Cyclone system is a precision dustless blasting system which combines the simplicity of conventional dry blasting with the effectiveness of ultra-high pressure (UHP) jetting without the associated hazards and complications. The patented Cyclone system rapidly removes coatings, corrosion and residues leaving surfaces contaminant free, profiled and cleaned to SSPC-SP5 - SSPC-SP10 (WAB)/NACE WAB 1.

The Quill Falcon Cyclone Complete trailer includes a Quill Falcon unit, a compressor and a water tank and is designed for customers operating in hazardous environments who have a requirement for blasting and air fed breathing apparatus combined on one trailer.

4. WASHDOWN PROCESS The Quill Falcon Cyclone can be used to wash down the surface after blasting. Open wash down valve by turning to required setting, close grit control valve. Wash down loose debris from blasted area with nozzle. Start from top of area and chase debris down to a collection point.
Connect breathing air lines for up to 3 operatives on the Cyclone Complete 60 and for up to 4 operatives on the Cyclone Complete 120 and Mobile 4 Man Air Breathing Unit Start compressor.

Once operatives are connected to their respective airlines, carry out the Quill Falcon Cyclone start up procedure on page 19 to start blasting To shut down the air breathing system, close the emergency air valve and turn emergency air bottle off Daily checks: Check daily emergency air bottle is at a minimum of 50 bar (200 bar full).
