Page 2 Camera Selection Please ensure that you connect the camera to an available USB port on your computer. If possible do not use a USB HUB, however a powered (active) USB HUB can be used. Please take a moment to review these notes. It’s important to check and change your camera selection when using computers with built-in cameras, such as multimedia displays, laptops and other portable computers.
Page 3 N.B when you change the camera you should see the preview change auto- matically. Other Video Solutions Other solutions can also use this CD01 camera, and you should check your provider’s Documentation and Settings section of the application on how to change the camera selection.
Page 4 FAQs Q: How do I know when my camera is being used? When the device is correctly connected via USB to your computer, the Power Indicator to the right of the camera lens will show red. When the camera is in use by video software, the Status Indicator will show green.
