30' x 40'/50'/60' Celebration â /Catenary Celebration®
Erection Instructions
Step 1. Inventory all components (All pipe is labeled for easy identification) and layout
frame for erection.
Step 2. Assemble S-20's to corner and side assemblies inserting pins from the outside
pointing in. Allow loop to hang on bottom.
Step 3. After perimeter is assembled, starting at one end, insert two C-30's onto adjacent
corners and pin. Slide and pin Hip Brace Assemblies onto C-30's prior to fastening to
corner. Attach and pin your Hip Brace Pipes on the Hip Brace Assemblies and then
attach and pin the bottoms of the Brace Pipes on the Side Assemblies.
Step 4. Place 3-Way Hub on the ends of the C-30's and pin.
Step 5. Attach and pin your first Ridge Rafter onto the 3-Way Hub.
Step 6. Insert (1) of your (2) Ridge Assemblies onto (1) of (3) Ridge Rafters. Note:
There are (2) shorter, equal length Ridge Rafters and (1) longer Ridge Rafter. You will
have one additional Ridge Rafter every 10' after 40'. The longer Ridge Rafter goes in
the middle of the frame.
Step 7. Insert and pin (2) R-30's onto the Ridge Assembly. Slide brace assembly on R-
30 and insert and pin the bottom of R-30's to corresponding side assemblies.
Step 8. Attach and pin the longer Ridge Rafter onto the Ridge Assembly.
Step 9. Insert your second Ridge Assembly onto the longer Ridge Rafter.
Step 10. Insert and pin (2) R-30's onto the Ridge Rafter. Insert and pin the bottom of R-
30's to corresponding side assemblies. Continue for longer frames, make sure you slide
you slide cable brace assembly on each R-30 before pinning to bottom of side assembly,
these are where your cables will attach.
Step 11. Attach and pin the third and last Ridge Rafter on the second and last Ridge
Assembly.
Step 12. Insert and pin the second and last 3-Way Hub onto the last Ridge Rafter.
Step 13. While preparing to attach the remaining (2) C-30's, slide on the remaining Hip
Brace Assemblies.
Step 14. Attach and pin (1) C-30 onto the 3-Way Hub.
Step 15. Attach and pin the bottom of the C-30 to the corresponding Corner Assembly.
Step 16. Repeat Steps 13. -15. with remaining C-30.
Step 17. Attach and pin remaining (4) Hip Brace Pipes to Brace Assemblies on both C-
30's, slide CBA onto bottom of each HBP.
Step 18. Tent should be fully assembled on the ground.
Step 19 A. Attach both Cross Cables from CBA in R-30 to the corresponding slide CBA
in the other R-30. Tighten turn buckles unit cable is tight and fame long side is straight.
Step 19 B. Pin all (4) Hip Cross Cables from one Hip Brace Pipe to corresponding Hip
Brace Pipe on the same corner.
Step 20. Pull tent top over frame.
Step 21. Celebration: Pull corners of tent top over frame. Catenary Celebration: in high
winds, pin strap in corners of top through bottom of corner fitting to hold on frame while
lifting.
Step 22. Lift one long side of tent and insert the uprights onto the fittings and pin.
Catenary Celebration: Simply pull out pin when lifting and insert leg and re-pin strap.
Step 23. Lift opposite side and insert the uprights onto the fittings.
Step 24. Pin all uprights.
