- Page 2 Press and hold the PROG button until Press and hold the ENTER button until you hear a beep. The display should now REECOM MODEL R-1630 you hear a beep. SET CLOCK should read ALERT MODE. This S.A.M.E. (Specific Area Message appear on the display.
- Page 3 Press ENTER. Then press PROGRAM. Your weather radio is now ready to go! To Listen to the NOAA Weather Radio Press the RADIO button. You should now hear the weather information coming from the speaker on your weather radio. To turn the weather off, press STOP.
