    HANKY Machine introduction Model: TP -600FVS Semi-auto Silk Screen Printer(Single color). Suitable for Key board, Panel, Electric toys, Lens, Pat try Stationery etc substrate. Installation environment: 1)Ambient temperature: 0~45 ℃ (Recommended temperature 22 ℃) 2)Ambient humidity : Humidity must be below 85% without dew condensation. 3)The atmosphere at the installation site must be free of dust, mist, salt, corrosive gas, and other elements which could damage the machine.
  • Page 3 HANKY Safety manual 1. General Safety Regulations Please read this safety guidebook carefully and check safety procedures before starting any operation. Always keep this guidebook at a designated place near the machine so that it can be easily accessed whenever required. (1) If problems occur while operating the machine, please press the emergency button immediately to stop the power from running.

Installation 1)The foundation for machine base must be leveled and strong enough to support the machine’s weight. 2)Requirements for installation environment: 1Ambient temperature: 0~45 (Recommended temperature 2 ) ). ℃ 2 ℃ 2Ambient Humidity: Humidity must be below 85% without dew condensation. 3The atmosphere at the installation sire must be free of dust, mist, salt, corrosive gas, and other elements which could damage the machine.

(2)Ensure squeegee/ inking blade assembly is completely secured. (3)The compression force from the pad on the printing object should not be too intense. Slowly adjust into a suitable level.

Installation 1.Preparation before operating the machine (1)Other requirements Machine’s base should be at least 15cm above ground base level and should be strong enough to support the machine’s weight . It is recommended if the ground contains steel. The main power cord should be located underground and should be well covered to prevent accidents.
  • Page 7 HANKY 2. Moving and Unpacking the Machine The machine can be delivered by freight. The carrier must be a qualified person. Personnel /individuals are restricted from walking under the machine when it is lifted above air. Move machine with care to prevent strike or shock. (1)Requirements when Transporting Facilities Forklift is needed for transporting the wooden case.

After print, the machine will stop and a buzz sound will start alarming. The memory system is generally used for full automatic mode.

    HANKY 7. Sequence of machine start. (1)Machine Start and Activity Confirmation Connect the power source to the outlet ( AC 1¢ 110V/220V) . Connect footswitch. Adjust service unit’s pressure and make sure it maintains between 5~6Kg/cm If pressure is under 5Kg/cm, the machine will operate abnormally or reduce in speed. Restart the machine and power source indicator will light in red.

General Operations and Maintenance Adequate maintenance is needed to ensure safety and to prolong the lifespan of the machine. Components may start to wear out at the initial stage after setting up the machine into use. Lubricate the components regularly.
