  • Page 2 Comfort Cooler Installation has been designed to be easily performed by any competent person. Simply, install the Cooling Coil to the air supply ducting, connect the water pipes to the cooling unit, install the pre-wired duct sensor, fill with water and switch on. The unit has been designed for minimal owner maintenance and only requires annual filter cleaning and inspection.

  • Page 4 Comfort Cooler Open your package and check contents. Fasten Cooling Coil to wall or floor via provided brackets. Install Cooling Coil into room air supply ducting after the MVHR unit. On 200mm coil only Attach hose tails to inlet & outlet on Cooling Coil, using PTFE tape provided.
  • Page 5 Comfort Cooler Attach pipes to hose tail connections on the unit and fasten with provided jubilee clips. Attach other end of pipes to hose tail connections on Cooling Coil and fasten with provided jubilee clips. Drill 9mm hole in air extract ducting before the unit for temperature probe.
