In case of any problems or doubts associated with service and use, please contact the authorized dealer or the Manufacturer's Sales Department.

    The dealer is obliged to enter the warranty service provider's address into the warranty certificate. The plant continuously improves its products and therefore it reserves the right to make construction and technological modifications and equipment changes. INDICATIONS Orders defined by the following words: WARNING, CAUTION, REMEMBER are used to emphasize importance of the information.

    The manufacturer is not liable for unauthorized changes in cultivator design. During the warranty period, only the factory parts of LANDSTAL should be used REMEMBER – The cultivator is designed exclusively for agricultural work. Using it for purposes other than those specified in point 2 will be understood as a misuse.

    The cultivator (grasser + tractor) should be handled with all precautions and in particular: before each start-up, inspect the cultivator and the tractor: if they are in appropriate conditions which guarantee safety during transport and operation the cooperating tractor must be equipped with front axle weights. Balance the tractor with the mounted cultivator, its steerability and braking function must be maintained;...

    2. For handling, use operational tools and instruments as well as original materials and parts. 3. To protect all bolts included in the cultivator, use typical protections and safety pins. You must not use substitute protections, such as: bolts, rods, wires, etc., which during operation or transport may cause damage to the tractor or cultivator, thus posing a threat to safety of other road users.

    • Check that the quick connectors of the cultivator hydraulic hoses match the sockets in the tractor. If they do not fit, put them properly, • Lubricate the cultivator in accordance with the instructions provided in point 5.6. The suspended cultivator is adapted to cooperate with the tractor using the three- point suspension system.

    5.4 ADJUSTMENT OF CULTIVATOR 5.4.1. Adjustment of working depth You can adjust working depth by adjusting height of the springs (see reference 1). Rysunek 2 1.     5.5 WORK WITH CULTIVATOR Before starting work in the field with the GRASSER cultivator: • Dismantle warning signs (including screwed handles) used for transport on public roads, • unlock hydraulic cylinders for unfolding of the machine. • Lower a tractor jack and leave it in the floating position. If during operation the cultivator gets clogged with excessive amounts of plant debris, it should be cleaned by lifting the tractor hydraulic lifting jack for a moment.

    5.7 LUBRICATION Durability and efficiency of the cultivator depends largely on systematic lubrication. Use mineral lubricants for lubrication.
