    CO600 Coating Thickness Gauge Measurement Procedure 1. Long press the On/Off button to turn the gauge on. 2. Check the specimen and select a suitable calibration method. Calibrate accordingly and the latest calibration will be stored and applied as a rule. 3.

Procedure of calibration 1) Click “Calibration”, select types needed, for example, “2-point calibration, smooth”. 2) Put selected standard film on zero plate (other substrate may be used according to calibration method) and measure the thickness. 3) If the result differs from that of the standard film, correct it using upward or downward arrow, and then click “Next”.

    CO600 Coating Thickness Gauge Statistics Statistics is always running, and the analysis is based on the data since the last selection of “Clear and start new statistics”. The results of statistics won’t loss after turning off the gauge. However, only the last five measurement results can be displayed.
