HAND THROTTLR LEVER To adjust the engine speed turn the lever to the left (increase in rpm) or to the right (reduce rpm) Fig. Fig. 28 IMPORTANT: When the machine is not moving, bring the hand throttle lever to minimum (fully to the right).
