Volumatic CountEasy Advanced Configuration Manual

The CountEasy advanced configuration options affect the function and operation of the machine. They are options that
are not normally required to get CountEasy working but do allow for more detailed configuration to be carried out as
well as providing future proofing features.
It is not advisable to change any of the settings of the CountEasy advanced configuration unless you fully
understand the instructions and the implications of changing each option.
This document refers to software version CE2.6 and above. (Shown momentarily upon switch on)

ENTERING ADVANCED SETUP LEVEL 2

Press and hold down the

  • Page 5 Now recalibrate the FlexiCup or alternative weighing vessel and all other packs used – refer to the CountEasy Configuration Manual supplied with the machine and then test the machine again. If CountEasy is still inaccurate then contact the Helpdesk, the number for which can be found on the label on the underneath of the machine.
  • Page 6 This menu option allows you to re-load the factory data for the currency being used or to load the data for a different currency i.e. changing from using the CountEasy to count Sterling to count Euros. It is important that you are aware that loading a currency will destroy any ‘learning’ that has taken place, any pack calibration that has been done and any changes that have been carried out to center weights and note and coin enables.
