THIS INSTRUCTION MANUAL CONTAINS IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION. SAVE THESE
INSTRUCTIONS. READ THIS INSTRUCTION MANUAL CAREFULLY AND UNDERSTAND ALL
INFORMATION BEFORE OPERATING THIS TOOL.
• It is the responsibility of the owner to make sure all personnel read this manual prior to using this
device. It is also the responsibility of the jump starter owner to keep this manual intact and in a
convenient location for all to see and read. If the operator is not fluent in English, the product and
safety instructions shall be read to and discussed with the operator in the operator's native
language by the purchaser/owner or his designee, making sure that the operator comprehends
its contents.

• WORKING IN THE VICINITY OF AN AUTOMOTIVE LEAD-ACID BATTERY IS DANGEROUS.
BATTERIES GENERATE EXPLOSIVE GASES DURING NORMAL OPERATION.
• IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS EACH TIME YOU USE THE UNIT.
• NEVER ALLOW CLAMPS TO TOUCH TOGETHER OR CONTACT THE SAME PIECE OF METAL.
To reduce the risk of battery explosion, follow these instructions and those published by the battery
manufacturer and the manufacturer of any equipment you intend to use in the vicinity of a battery.
Review cautionary markings on these products and on the engine.
• RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK OR FIRE.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not put fingers or hands into any of the unit's outlets.
• Do not expose the unit to rain or snow.
• To reduce the risk of damage to the electric plug or cord, pull by the plug rather than the cord when
disconnecting the unit.
• Do not operate the unit with damaged cables or clamps.
• Do not operate the unit if it has received a sharp blow, been dropped or otherwise damaged in any
way; take it to a qualified service person.
• Do not disassemble the unit; take it to a qualified service person when service or repair is required.
Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of fire or electric shock.
