My antenna worked well for years, but not now. The rotation doesn't work, the reception is not good, and the red light is not on. The light is on the TV box beside the TV.

Possible reasons for the Pingbingding WA-2608 antenna not rotating, having poor reception, and the red light not turning on include:

1. Improper Installation: The small cable with the weather boot may not be threaded correctly into the antenna dipole kit.

2. Power Issue: The red LED not turning on suggests the antenna main unit may not be receiving power.

3. Connection Problems: The antenna may not be properly connected to the HDTV or set-top box.

4. Remote Control Issues: The remote control may be malfunctioning or not aimed correctly at the control box, which can prevent rotation.

5. Poor Placement: The antenna may not be positioned high enough or facing the broadcast tower, reducing signal strength.

6. Environmental Factors: Hills, buildings, or trees near the antenna can block signals and affect reception.

7. Missing or Faulty Components: Some users reported missing remotes or non-working remote systems, which can affect rotation control.

The Pingbingding WA-2608 antenna may not turn when the button is pushed, despite the green light coming on, because the oil on the motor gears is not fully spread. Manually rotating the motor a full turn can help distribute the oil, allowing the motor to function properly.

Not getting green light on box. With everything not connected I get yellow light, if I push button, green light pops up but yellow stays on. Have tried different cables on inside and outside. According to troubleshooting looks like box is junk

Where can I buy a replacement remote control device. I bought the antenna secondhand and there was no control device included in the box.
