RAYDOT POWER MISER Series Quick Start Manual

RAYDOT, Inc. warrants this unit, POWER MISER FAN series, subject to the following terms
and conditions. RAYDOT, Inc. hereby warrants that should this product prove defective by
materials and workmanship for as long as the fan is being used in its original installation, and is
owned by its original purchaser.
This limited lifetime warranty includes RAYDOT fan housings, cone and motor mounts. All
other fan components, attachments, and accessories are excluded from this lifetime warranty, but
are covered under the normal RAYDOT product warranty which covers defects in material and
workmanship for a period of one year from date of installation. RAYDOT motors are covered
under the normal warranty which covers defects in materials and workmanship three years from
date of installation.
1. Installation must be made in accordance with our installation instructions.
2. The unit must not have been previously altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than
RAYDOT.
3. The unit must not have been subject to accident, misuse, abuse, operated or installed
contrary to the instructions on the following sheets.
4. The person requesting the services provided hereunder must be the original purchaser of the
unit and furnish proof of purchase upon request.
5. This warranty is applicable only to the RAYDOT Power Miser Series fans.
6. All transportation charges on units submitted for warranty repair must be borne by the
purchaser.
7. For warranty services, return unit together with original proof of purchase.
8. RAYDOT holds the right to repair or replace the defective unit.
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, no other warranties, whether expressed
or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose,
shall apply to this unit. Any and all implied warranties are excluded. RAYDOT shall not
be liable for consequential damages sustained in connection with the said unit.
RAYDOT, Inc. reserves the right to improve or alter the POWER MISER FAN series
RAYDOT, LLC
