HOW TO USE On/Off * Press power button once for low speed. Dimmed indicator light will come on. * Press the power button once again for high speed. Indicator light will become brighter. * Power off by pressing the power button for a third time. Indicator light will go out. * When the device needs to be charged, the indicator light will flash as a reminder.
