1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Warning! Read all the safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury. Save all the warnings and instructions for future reference. The term “power tool” listed in all the warnings below refers to your orbit sander tool. 1) Work area a) Keep the working area clean and well lit. -

4) Usage of power tools a) Do not push the power tool. Use the right tool for the area of application. The correct power tool makes the job better and safer at the pace for which it was designed. b) Do not use the tool if the circuit-breaker does not turn on and off. A power tool that cannot be regulated with the circuit-breaker is dangerous and must be repaired. - Page 5 i) Keep unauthorized persons at a safe distance from the work area. The one who enters the work area must wear protective equipment. Fragments of the workpiece or broken accessories can fly away and cause damage beyond the immediate area of use. j) Hold the power tool only in insulated gripping surfaces when performing an application where the cutting tool may come in contact with hidden wires or it’s own cord.

Always use ear protection Always use safety goggles Always use a face mask In accordance with essential applicable safety standards in European directives 3.1 Machine-realted safety instructions - Harmful/toxic dust can be produced during your work (e.g lead paint, certain types of wood and metal). - Page 7 3.2 Mixed dust containing metal and sanded damp surfaces With mixed dust containing metal (such as dust resulting from car paint ) and when sanding damp surfaces, the following measures must be followed for safety reasons : - Install an upstream circuit breaker (GFCI, PRCD) - Connect the machine to a suitable vacuum cleaner - Blow out the engine housing regularly to remove dust.

Risk of accident The mains voltage and frequency of the power source must conform to the specifications of the machine plate. 4 Instructions for use 4.1The tool is intended for use as a handheld tool. The tool can be used in any position. Note! The sanding tool can develop a rotating reaction when started.
- Page 9 6 Assemble sanding accessories The appropriate sanding paper and sanding cloth can be quickly and easily attached to the sanding pad. Press the self-adhesive sanding tool onto the sanding pad. With a reduced attached surface of the sanding paper can the sanding pad accessories, especially those that do not yet touch the workpiece, can come loose from the sanding pad and cause damage.
