Inadvertent movement of the die block may have caused punch misalignment. Always remove the punch from the ironworker whenever the punching operation is completed.

LUBRICATION MACHINE COMPONENTS Use No. 2 multi-purpose Lithium base grease to lubricate grease fittings after every twenty (20) hours operation.
PRO56 Uni-Hydro Manual LUBRICATION (cont) Hydraulic Oil Change After every two thousand (2000) hours operation, drain and replace oil in the reservoir. Flush the reservoir and add approximately 3.8 gallons of No 36 Viscosity non-foaming hydraulic oil or equivalent. When fresh oil has been added, start and briefly run the machine to circulate oil through the system.
