  • Page 2 ASSEMBLY Your TS-1 is shipped to you fully assembled. Carefully remove the TS-1 from it's shipping carton. Keep carton in a safe, dry, place. Locking Sleeve 1. Before playing golf, ensure the battery is fully charged. 2. Unfold the handle into the operating position until the locking sleeve on the lower portion can be slid into the locked position.
  • Page 3 MAINTENANCE General:- Clean off excessive dirt after use. Wipe over with a damp cloth. Periodically lubricate folding mechanism joints with a light oil. Remove wheels by depressing locking tab.(see figure 5.) and sliding wheel off the axle. Remove drive clutch assembly. Shaft adaptor will remain on the axle.
  • Page 4 PRECAUTIONS Battery Handling Precautions - Never place the battery near fire. - Never short the terminals. - If battery cracks due to mishandling and dilute sulfuric acid contacts the skin, wash it off imm-ediately with water. If sulfuric acid contacts the eyes, wash them with lots of water and see a doctor.
