2. Join the wheel assembly with side assem- bly using (4) M8-1.25 x 16 button cap head screws. The long linkage should be facing outward with the wheels in the downward position. ASSEMBLY 3. To build the second side assembly follow the same procedure in the first step.

NOTE Make sure that everything is fastened firmly and securely in place and that the wheel and pedal mechanism function smoothly.
