    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ASSEMBLY STEPS Step 1 1. Attach the front stabilizer(3) to the main frame(1) , locked with flat washer(44) , spring washer (42) and Allen C.K.S. half thread screw(23). Step 2 Attach the rear stabilizer (4) to the main frame(1) with flat washer(44) , spring washer (42)and Allen C.K.S.
  • Page 8 Step 3 First place the riser trim cover (71) on the riser (2) and connect the communication lines (96) (101) of the riser (2) and the main frame (1) to (95) (102).Then insert the riser (2) into the main frame (1) and lock the riser with the inner hexagon flat end fixing bolt preinstalled on the main frame with l-shaped wrench.

First hold the heartbeat connection line (102) through the seat cushion fixing group (6), then install the seat cushion fixing group (6) on the slide seat group (5).Lock with hexagon socket cylindrical head full tooth bolt (20) as shown.

Press MODE to start BODY FAT testing. 3.5.2 In BODY FAT testing, put your 2 hands on the handle pulse. Console will receive heart rate input in 10 seconds, then start BODY FAT testing in 25 seconds, other function will not display.

    General fitness tips 1. Warm-up Do not hold your breath before warming up for 5-10 minutes before each warm-up. 2. Breathe Usually when you are preparing to restore your breath, inhale with your nose and spit out your breath with your mouth. The breathing and movement should be coordinated, such as breathing too fast.
