● Hook scratch, abrasion, bend.
If a hook is like the picture①②③ cases, should be changed,
♦Idle sheave rotation. idle sheave deform. (doesn't come within one chain)
*If it is shows much impurities in idle sheave arbor bearing or a rotation. deform and clean it.
1. Any trouble in arbor bearing or rotation of idle sheave
2. Any impurities in the pocket part of idle sheave
3. Any protrusion deform in idle sheave (picture 15)
For assembling, grease the rotation part
No matter a idle sheave part is cleaned, check if the protrusion of a idle sheave is deformed.
