Hello, my Pur Steam model PS-937 is not working properly. I have cleaned it according to the instructions above. In addition, I always use distilled H2O and I hang the hose when not in use. The unit is about 6 years old. When I turn the unit on, the light comes on and the hose becomes warm until it reaches about 2/3 of the distance from the main unit. At that point, the hose is cold and no steam is coming from the unit. Can I get a replacement hose, or do I need to replace the entire device? Thank you.

The steamer is designed to be used with tap water. However, if the water in your area is hard, PurSteam recommends that you mix half tap water and half distilled water, which reduces the hardness; you may also use bottled water or distilled water only.
