3. ASSEMBLY STEP 1 1. Insert the Bolt M12X90 on one of the wheels into the hole on Wheel Bracket, make sure the wheel should be at the outside. Then lock it by a Nylon Lock Nut M12. Adjust the position of the Hex Nut M12 to make sure the wheel is not so tight and not so loose,just can swiveling flexible.

STEP 4 1. Insert a Hex Bolt M8X45 with a Flat Washer Φ8 through the hole on the hopper, like the picture d showing,then assemble the Wheel Bracket and Operating Handle by a Nylon Lock Nut M8. The Lock Nut should not be tightened at this moment.

STEP 6 1.Put together 2 Hitch Tubes and the Adjustable Handle assembly, and lock them by the Hex Bolts M6 x 65 , Nylon Lock Nuts M6 and 2pcs of big washer Φ6 like the picture f showing. The bolts and nuts should not be tightened at this moment. 2.
