ALERTS AND ALARMS
Lack of water
The indicator lights of the espresso and the tea buttons blink (red colour)
(see Fig. 20), indicating that the water tank does not contain enough

water for the machine to work correctly. You must resupply the tank with
water and press one of the control panel buttons. The machine returns to
"Ready to use" mode (see Fig. 7).
If, after carrying out this operation, the luminous alert remains unchanged,
please turn the equipment off, wait for 2 minutes and turn it back on
again after 2 minutes..
If the problem persists, contact Customer Service and Support
(00 800 20 50 20 50).
Used capsules tank full
The three extraction buttons blink (red colour) (see Fig. 21), indicating
that the used capsules tank is full, thus not allowing the machine to work

Then press any of the control panel buttons and the machine to returns to
the "Ready to use" mode (see Fig. 7).

NTC malfunction
The three extraction buttons turn red (see Fig. 22). Please turn the
equipment off, wait for 2 minutes and turn it back on again.
