To fix pairing issues between the Auris bluMe Duo and a Bose puck, follow these steps:

1. Ensure Proper Mode: Set the TX-RX toggle switch to the correct mode (RX for receiving, TX for transmitting).
2. Restart Devices: Turn off both the bluMe Duo and the Bose puck, then turn them back on.
3. Reset Pairing: Clear previous pairings on both devices and try pairing again.
4. Initiate Pairing: Set bluMe Duo to pairing mode by turning it on in RX mode. Ensure the display shows "Pairing."
5. Check Proximity: Keep both devices close to each other during pairing.
6. Try Manual Connection: If automatic reconnection fails, manually select bluMe Duo from the Bose puck’s Bluetooth menu.
7. Update Firmware: Ensure both devices have the latest firmware updates.
8. Avoid Interference: Move away from other active Bluetooth devices that may cause interference.

If issues persist, contact the manufacturer’s support team for further assistance.
