OPERATING INSTRUCTION
Notes:
The first heating process should take place without any
foodstuffs, let it heat for about ten minutes. There may
be a slight development of smoke or smell. This is
normal and harmless.
Due to the manufacturing process, it is normal that the
appliance may emit smoke when turning on for the first time.
During cooking, the green ready indicator cycles on and off to
keep the temperature perfect for cooking.
Do not use sharp, pointed or metal spatulas to avoid damaging
the cooking surfaces.

TIPS FOR COOKING

1. When making waffles, for best results, all ingredients should be
at room temperature before preparing the batter.
It is important not to enrich the batter with too much fat, sugar or
egg as the waffles can colour too quickly and then turn soft soon
after baking.
2. When making grilled sandwiches, wipe the cooking plates with a
little cooking oil or butter to improve their color and ease their
removal from the plates.
3. When cooking pre-packed foods, follow guidelines on the
package or label.
