If the unit becomes unstable
If the unit cannot be operated or something goes wrong, reset the unit. It may solve the problem.
To reset the unit, press and hold the button on the unit for about 15 seconds.
When the reset is complete, the "REON POCKET" app becomes the connection screen. If the LED on the unit is not
blinking in blue, press the button on the unit to connect.
Hint
Even if you reset the unit, the setting information for MY MODE, QUICK LAUNCH, and SMART COOL MODE remains.
If the problem persists, contact Sony Hong Kong Customer Service Centre.
