Trouble Diagnosis - Hawking H-MP128 User Manual

1. Choose the desired song you want to listen to.
2. Click the "Pre-listen" button on the top right corner, then
enjoy the music from your PC. Now, the Pre-listen button
changes into "Stop" button. The music will stop if you click on it
again. If you wish to listen to another song, stop the current track
and then go on to the next.

Trouble Diagnosis

1. The LCD display window shows nothing after turning on the
MP3 My Drive.
· Check to see if the battery has been inserted.
· Check to see if the battery needs replacement.
· Try reinserting the battery or replace it.
· Take out the battery and insert it correctly after 5 seconds.
2. The buttons are not working.
· Check to see if the "Hold" button is on.
· If so, release the Hold button.
3. No sound can be heard while playing MP3 files.
· Check to see if the volume is too low. If so, turn it up.
· Check to see if the MP3 My Drive is connected to
your computer.
· Check to see if there are any music files in the memory.
4. I cannot download audio files after connection.
· Check to see if the Manager Software is setup.
· Check to see if the software is working properly.
· Check to see if your Motherboard supports the USB
devices or needs an upgrade.
5.Some songs show the playback time non-continuouly..
