Control panel 4-1) The control panel has a liquid crystal display with 4 lines by 20 columns on a blue background with yellow printing. It also has inner BACKLIGHT illumination, which allows easy identification of the programmed functions and register monitoring. 4-2) It has a touch-sensitive thin layer which facilitates the operator's job when activating its functions which are also signalized by beeping sounds.

System start up - step by step 5-1) Plug the furnace into an exclusive and of good quality socket which should be correctly grounded to a copper rod and never to the electrical network neutral. Check if the network voltage is the same as the one in the equipment, which is shown on the power cable label or printed at the furnace backside.

5-8) Move the elevator movable tray system to the front item-(13) using the front knob and place the spool item-(14) on its mortise, next take the tray back to its correct position on the base to start the equipment. Programming conventional ceramic recipes 6-1) For better explanation, we will follow practical examples for conventional and pressed ceramic recipes.
Page 10
6-4) After the standard ceramic recipe is read, the system returns to the monitoring screen automatically. EX- 11 6-5) To start programming a new recipe, activate the PROGRAMA key and the display will show the message TELA1, the cursor will be flashing over the field that refers to the temperature T1=600.
Page 11
Now type the new value for baseline time PAT2=01:00 and vacuum time VAC2=01:00 these times are programmed in five minutes. Confirm the operation using the OK key EX-7. Activate the PROGRAMA key again and a new screen TELA-3 will be shown, and the cursor will be flashing over the field T3=000.
Page 12
6-10) Activate the PROGRAMA key again, and a new key TELA-5 will be shown in which the cursor will be flashing over the “D” field for the SOBE function. Take the cursor to the position (5) using the left and right keys and confirm the operation using the OK key. The confirmation of this option will be shown in parentheses on the SOBE field.

7-1) Start the programming reading the Standard recipe that comes from the factory (01), it will serve as reference to program the further recipes. 7-2) Activate the LER key, choose the recipe 01 typing number 1 in the REC field, or scroll through the options list using the left or right arrows.
Page 14
7-5) On TELA-1, with the fields empty, the cursor will be flashing over the field T1=0000. Type the new value T1=0800 following the pressed ceramic model EX-13 steps. 7-6) Activate the PROGRAMA key again and a new screen TELA-2 will be shown, and the cursor will be flashing over the field T2=000.
Page 15
7-8) Activate the PROGRAMA key again and a new screen TELA-4 will be shown, and the cursor will be flashing over the pre burn field PRÉQ=00:00, keep the values at ZERO and confirm it using the OK key. Next, the cursor will be flashing over the pressing field PREN=00:00, type the new value PREN=09:00 and confirm the operation using the OK key.

9-3) After the ceramic recipe is saved, the system returns to the monitoring screen automatically. EX- 30. System monitoring 10-1) Burn processes monitoring. This screen allows the visualization of all variables for the burn during the process. Each burn stage will be shown on the message field of the display, making it easier the operation monitoring.
10-3). System flaw monitoring. The equipment has several sefety devices which allow good performances, if there is any kind of defect the burn will be automatically aborted and an Errorr message will be on the display until the operator fixes the problem and releases the operation using the OK key.

12-2) ARGON SISTEM:- This function performs the automatic washing of the piece at the beginning of the burn process. Use only inert and not oxidizing argon gas, it will help contrasting the colors, enhancing the translucence and opacity. EX-55. 12-3) QUICK COOLING:- This function is used to optimize the time spent between the burn processes, forcing the heat exchange so that the temperature can return as quick as possible to T1 and allowing the beginning of a new burn process EX-55.

Alarms and messages. 13-1) To avoid damage to the equipment and programming mistakes, several safety devices work in the flaws prevention system. Messages and Errorr codes will be visualized on the display. 13-2) Operation messages :- All messages being performed are shwon on the field reserved for the messages on the screen.

Errorr 2 – Elevator flaw. ** ELEV-SOBE ** A flaw on the elevator ascent procedure is interrupted indicates electromechanical problems. Check if there are no obstacles blocking the elevator movement. Check - OK Errorr 3 - Elevator flaw ** ELEV-DESCE ** A flaw on the elevator descent procedure is interrupted indicates electromechanical problems.

ERROR - 18 - Technical access flaw ** ROT-TÉCNICA ** Message:- Access only allowed to authorized personnel. Check - OK ERROR - 19 - Operator access flaw ** SENHA ** Message:- The password does not match, type the password again. Check – OK The keyboard and its functions 15-1)The alphanumeric keyboard has 39 programming functions and burn system monitoring keys, divided in blocks, numeric, alphabetic, auxiliary functions and control.
