Using 12g x 40mm Tek screws provided fix through the pre punched holes located in the GBF’s and into the timber framing. If thermal insulation is to be installed then cut the thermal insulation to fit within the timber framing and Gamma framing members and ensure that insulation protrudes from both sides of the Gamma Bracing Frame (Refer Section 16.3). - Page 11 Bracing Frame within the timber framing. 2 screws positioned at the upper part of the Gamma Bracing Frame and 1 screw in each of the brackets. Mark the position of the hold down bolt hole on to the timber base plate for each bracket.
