I **** unable to set the current time correctly. When I do enter the time it is entered as A1 time and not the current time. Then it moves on to A2 and A3 which it allows me to enter those alarm times.. I have replaced all the batteries and it still does the same thing.

To set the current time correctly on the Med-E-Lert 1.0PREMIUM, follow these steps:

1. Press and hold button 1 until the hour digits start blinking.
2. Adjust the hour:
- Press and quickly release button 2 to decrease the hour.
- Press and quickly release button 3 to increase the hour.
- Hold button 2 or 3 to scroll quickly.
3. Press button 1 again to move to the minutes.
4. Adjust the minutes using button 2 (down) or button 3 (up).
5. Press and hold button 1 for several seconds to finalize the time and return to the main screen.

If the device keeps reverting to "A1" time, ensure that the correct time format (12-hour or 24-hour) is selected by pressing and holding buttons 2 and 3 simultaneously.

I never see the 4 blinking dashes. I'm trying to take off 4 alarms, but can't, because the dashes are not there, so time can't go to the dashes. What do I do?

We own a Med-E-Lert Automatic Pill Dispenser and have been very happy with it. We got home after the alarm had gone off. We turned it over to retrieve the pills. The red light continues to blink, and it does not progress to the next dose. We tried removing the batteries to do a reset. What do we do?

If the red light on the Med-E-Lert 1.0PREMIUM Automatic Pill Dispenser continues to blink and does not progress to the next dose, check the battery level. If the batteries are lower than 4.0V, the red light and low battery icon will blink, indicating that the batteries need to be replaced. Replace all four AA batteries with new ones and ensure they are oriented correctly. If the issue persists, check for any obstructions in the pill tray and remove them if found.
