STEP 4 :
Place(4)acrossback of leg and loosely
attach us ng bolts and nuts(15).
Repeat to attach the other end of the
leg brace to the other leg .
STEP6 :
Attach axle bracket(8)to bottom of
handle using a bolt(13)pushed through
the hole closest to tray.Push second bolt
(13)through hole with tray brace(10)
then through handle.

STEP7 :
Slide axle(9)through wheel (7)and then into
attached bracket .Then slide second axle bracket
(8)overother end of axle .Loosely attach second axle
bracket to handle using bolts (13)and nuts .
* Fully tighten all nuts

Use bolt and nuts(14)to attach Nose

guard(6)to front of handles
