Safety fittings R4/ornamental
This product was tested and certified according to CSN EN 1906 and CSN PENV 1627 and was classified
into safety class 3 (NBU − category secret)
Assembly manual:
After removing the fittings from the box unscrew worms M5 from the handles and dismantle the fittings.
Mount the attached cylindrical insert (5) into the lock in the door. The screw for its fastening is a part of
the lock. Tighten it only freely. Insert the spindle (7) into the square opening of the lock. Put the drilling
template on the protruding spindle and the cylindrical insert and mark the places for drilling openings for
screws. With the central screw use the opening of the two openings that corresponds to the distance of the
opening axis in the mortice lock from the axis of the lock square (see the specification). Remove the drilling
template, put it on from the inside of the door and perform marking of openings as with the external side of
the door. Remove the cylindrical insert and the mortice lock from the door.
Drill the marked openings for screws through the door so that they match the marking of openings on the
other side of the door. Then re−drill the openings to a diameter of 12 mm. Drill perpendicularly! Re−drill the
openings for end screws to a diameter of 15 mm to a depth of at least 25 mm from the inside of the door.
Mount the mortice lock and the cylindrical insert again.
Put the cover plate (8) on the protruding cylindrical insert from the outside. Insert the end of the spindle
(7) with the predrilled openings 35 mm into the external handle (right (2) or left (3) handle according to the
door). Insert the spindle only 25 mm for door thickness 45 mm. Then secure the spindle in the handle using
worm M5 (10) using the attached hexagonal wrench. Put the bearing of the external shield (6) on the handle
neck (the bearing is higher). Insert the handle with the spindle and the bearing into the opening in the
external shield so that the cut−out in the bearing locks into the protrusion of the external shield reinforcement
(1). Apply the unit connected like this from the outside of the door. Apply the internal shield reinforcement
(12) from the inside of the door and screw it to the door using two bolts (14) and screw M6x45 (13).
Put the internal plastic guide insert (15) on the cylindrical insert from the inside of the door. Insert the
return mechanism of the handle (17) into the return mechanism clip (16) so that the letter P(L) can be seen
according to whether the internal handle is right(left). Insert the mechanism composed like this into the cut−
out of the internal shield reinforcement so that the cut−out in the return mechanism clip points downwards
(see the assembly diagram). Rule: The direction of the arrow in the picture with the mechanism must be
identical with the handle operation in the lock. The gradually put on the spindle the internal shield (4),
bearing (9), and handle (2 or 3), into which screw worm M5 (10) before so that it does not prevent putting the
handle on the spindle. The cut−out in the bearing must lock into the protrusions in the shield during putting
on and the cut−out in the handle must lock into the protrusions of the return mechanism. Tighten the handle
worm after setting.
Screw 4 attached screws (11) at the places of ornamental ends of both shields. Tighten the insert screw.
Maintenance: Tighten the cover screws and worms of handles from time to time.
Specification:
− For doors of thickness 40−45 mm (if it is not stated otherwise on the label)
− Cylindrical insert FAB 2018 1/1 R1 (possibly another corresponding)
− Mortice lock of the corresponding span, depth 80 mm.
Specification of the fittings span is stated on the product label.
a) For span 90 mm the distance of the central screw axis from the handle axis 32 mm (opening B)
b) For span 72 mm and 92 mm − plastic door the distance of the central screw axis from the handle axis
21.5 mm (opening A)
Attention:
By mounting the safety fittings entry protection is solved only partially. Only the lock area is protected but not
other weak point of doors. The safety fittings are meaningful if the door is locked. Assembly of the safety fittings
should be done by an expert. The manufacturer does not provide warranty for functional defects arisen due
to improper assembly. We recommend using a wet cloth to wipe impurities.
Satin fittings must not be cleaned using abrasive detergents that could penetrate the surface layer of satin.
Use furniture polish containing silicon for its cleaning.
All parts of this product including the packaging are recyclable. Dispose of the packaging, unconsumed
parts of the product and non−functional or otherwise damages product according to the local valid directives
about waste handling.
Bezpečnostní kování R4/ozdobné
Tento výrobek byl zkoušen a certifikován dle ČSN EN 1906 a ČSN PENV
1627 a byl zařazen do bezpečnostní třídy 3 (NBÚ – kategorie tajné).
Návod k montáži:
Po vyjmutí kování z krabice vyšroubujte červíky M5 s klik a kování rozmontujte.
Namontujte do zámku ve dveřích přiloženou cylindrickou vložku(5). Šroub pro
její upevnění je součástí zámku. Dotáhněte ho jen volně. Do čtyřhraného otvoru
zámku vložte trn(7). Na vyčnívající trn a cylindrickou vložku přiložte z venkovní strany dveří vrtací šablonu a
označte místa pro vyvrtání otvorů pro šrouby. U středového šroubu použijte ten ze dvou otvorů k označení
místa vrtání,který odpovídá vzdálenosti osy otvoru v zadlabacím zámku od osy čtyřhranu zámku(viz specifi−
kace). Vrtací šablonu sejměte, nasaďte ji z vnitřní strany dveří a proveďte označení otvorů jako u vnější strany
dveří. Zadlabací zámek a cylindrickou vložku vyjměte ze dveří.
Naznačené otvory pro šrouby provrtejte skrz dveře tak, aby se shodovaly s označením otvorů na opačné
straně dveří a pak otvory převrtejte na ∅ 12 mm. Vrtejte kolmo!
Z vnitřní strany dveří převrtejte otvory pro krajní šrouby na ∅ 15 mm do hloubky minimálně 25 mm. Namon−
tujte zpět zadlabací zámek a cylindrickou vložku.
Z venkovní strany nasuňte na vyčnívající cylindrickou vložku krycí desku(8). Konec trnu(7) s předvrtanými
otvory zasuňte 35 mm do vnější kliky(klika pravá(2) nebo levá(3) podle dveří). Pro tloušťku dveří 45 mm
zasuňte trn pouze 25 mm. Pak trn zajistěte v klice červíkem M5(10) pomocí přiloženého imbusového klíče.
Na krček kliky nasuňte ložisko vnějšího štítu(6) /ložisko je vyšší/. Vložte kliku s trnem a ložiskem do otvoru ve
vnějším štítu tak,aby vybrání v ložisku zapadlo do výstupku výztuhy vnějšího štítu(1). Takto spojený celek
přiložte z vnější strany dveří. Z vnitřní strany dveří přiložte výztuhu vnitřního štítu(12) a přišroubujte pomocí
dvou svorníků(14) a šroubu M6x45 (13) ke dveřím.
Z vnitřní strany dveří nasaďte na cylindrickou vložku vnitřní vodící vložku z PH(15). Do úchytky vratného
mechanismu(16) vložte vratný mechanismus kliky(17) tak, aby při vkládání bylo vidět písmeno P/L/ podle
toho jestli je vnitřní klika pravá/levá/. Takto složený mechanismus vložte do vybrání výztuhy vnitřního štítu
tak, aby vybrání v úchytce vratného mechanismu směřovalo směrem dolů /viz schéma montáže/. Zásada:
Směr šipky na obrázku u mechanismu musí být shodný s chodem kliky zámku. Pak postupně nasaďte na trn
vnitřní štít(4), ložisko vnitřního štítu(9) a kliku(2 nebo 3),do které předtím našroubujte červík M5(10) tak, aby
nezabránil nasunutí kliky na trn. Při nasazování musí zapadnout vybrání v ložisku do výstupků ve štítu a
vybrání v klice musí zapadnout do výstupků vratného mechanismu. Po ustavení dotáhněte červík vnitřní kliky.
V místech ozdobných konců obou štítů našroubujte 4 přiložené vruty(11). Dotáhněte šroub vložky.
Údržba: Občas dotáhněte červíky klik.
Specifikace:
− pro dveře tl. 40−45 mm (pokud není na etiketě uvedeno jinak)
− cylindrická vložka FAB 2018 1/1 R1 (případně jiná odpovídající)
− zadlabací zámek odpovídající rozteče ,hloubka 80 mm.
Specifikace rozteče kování je udána na etiketě výrobku.
a/ pro rozteč 90 mm vzdálenost osy střed. šroubu od osy kliky 32 mm (otvor „B")
b/ pro rozteč 72 mm a 92 mm−plastové dveře vzdálenost osy střed. šroubu od osy kliky 21,5 mm (otvor „A")
Upozornění:
Montáží bezpečnostního kování se řeší ochrana vstupu pouze částečně. Chráněna je pouze oblast zám−
ku,nikoli však ostatní slabá místa dveří. Bezpečnostní kování má význam, jsou−li dveře zamčené. Montáž
bezpečnostního kování doporučujeme svěřit odborníkovi.Výrobce neručí za funkční vady, vzniklé nespráv−
nou montáží. Pro setření nečistoty doporučujeme použít navlhčený hadřík. Saténové kování se nesmí čistit
abrazivními čistícími prostředky, které by mohly narušit povrchovou vrstvu saténu. K jeho čištění používejte
leštěnku na nábytek obsahující silikon.
Všechny části tohoto výrobku včetně obalu jsou recyklovatelné. Obal a opotřebený, nefunkční nebo
jinak poškozený výrobek odevzdejte do sběrného mista odpadu.
