The HB-4040S receiver does not turn on when plugged in. It does when batteries are in and not plugged in. I bought a sensor separate to use with HB-4040S receiver. It will not sync. I had an owl receiver from an earlier purchase that it will sync to. I would like for it to sync to HB-4040S. How does can I get it to do it?
1. Ensure the wireless alarm receiver is correctly connected to the power adapter and that the adapter is functional.
2. Check if the backup batteries (4 AA 1.5V batteries, not included) are installed and functional.
3. If the receiver still does not turn on, try using a different power outlet or adapter.
4. Once the receiver powers on, follow these steps to sync a sensor:
- Press and hold the "ON/OFF" button for 5 seconds until the indicator light starts flashing.
- Trigger the sensor (e.g., activate the photoelectric beam sensor).
